However, both the parents have been sentenced jail for the hoax. Richard, the father of Falcon has been sentence 90 days in jail. He will be on probation for the next four years and there is no way he can profit during the probation period.
Mayumi, the mother of Falcon has also been sentenced 20 days in jail for the same act. However, she will be completing her sentence after Richard completes his sentence.
